SLA Boat Parades

2026 Award Winners

Thank you to the participants in this year's Howard Benedict Memorial Boat Parade. A huge thanks to the spectators who clapped, blew their horns, and shouted, "USA" as we went by. Special thanks to Sheriff Dave Richardson and Parade Coordinator, Sally Capurso, and SLA President, Bob Capurso for their roles in this tradition.

All participants returned to the starting point with smiles on their faces reflecting the fun they had. While this fun was its own reward, here are some pictures from the event with the award winners noted. (Thanks to Jen DiQuattro for the pics.)
